In the 60 Day Money Back Guarantee below, the term "Product" refers only to Sirius Aurora and Sirius Skinsonic devices sold on www.siriusbeauty.com and to Sirius Beauty end customers only.

1 Year Limited Product Warranty (without exception, applies to Sirius Aurora and Sirius Skinsonic only and to Sirius Beauty end-customers only)

Sirius Beauty will repair the Product with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge, for one (1) year from the date of original purchase in the event of a defect in material or workmanship. Repair service can be obtained during the warranty period by returning the product to Sirius Beauty. In the event this Product is returned to Sirius Beauty for warranty service, Sirius Beauty may offer to exchange the Product with a new or rebuilt replacement Product (repair) at no additional charge. For the avoidance of doubt, Sirius Skinsonic will be exchanged with a new or rebuilt Sirius Skinsonic and Sirius Aurora will be exchanged with a new or rebuilt Sirius Aurora. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A WARRANTY AUTHORIZATION NUMBER together with purchase receipt (invoice) or other PROOF OF DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE will be required before warranty performance is rendered. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use. It does not cover rubber-seal components (see operating manuals) nor does it cover damage or loss which occurs in shipment or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, or service by anyone other than Sirius 
Beauty.


If within one year of purchasing your Product, the unit malfunctions simply email contact (at) siriusbeauty.com within one year of the invoice date to receive a WARRANTY RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and ADDRESS for RETURN.  For your warranty return to be accepted you must meet the following return terms and conditions:

1. Write your warranty return authorisation number on to your receipt where indicated and write a brief reason for return.
2. Pack the Product carefully so that it is well protected for return
3. Use a TRACEABLE FORM OF SHIPPING such as tracking confirmation.
4. It is ESSENTIAL that your return is accompanied by either the purchase receipt (invoice) or other PROOF OF DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE and has an AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

PLEASE NOTE: IF THE ABOVE THREE POINTS OF OUR RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET IN FULL, YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED; IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AND YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED THE S&H TO RETURN THE UNIT BACK TO YOU.  All sales are final.

Limits and Exclusions

There are no express warranties except as before mentioned. Neither Sirius Beauty nor anyone involved in the production or sale of this Product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use this Product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All expressed and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period before mentioned

Sirius Aurora comes with an automatic 60-day money-back satisfaction guarantee (excluding S&H). If you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply email contact (at) siriusbeauty.com within 60 days of the invoice date to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and ADDRESS for RETURN.  Please note that Sirius Beauty must have received your email within 60 days of the invoice date; your email will be considered invalid if it is not received within that particular 60-day period.

For your return to be accepted you must meet the following return terms and conditions:

2. You MUST return the main unit in the ORIGINAL PRODUCT PACKAGING with the COMPLETE CONTENTS.
